Bistro Lutetia- Set on the ground floor of Somewhere Boutique Hotel, and facing the spectacular Vouliagmeni Bay, Bistro Lutetia serves brunch every day of the week until 2 pm. The selection varies from scrambled eggs or the Greek version called strapatsada to a Black Angus burger. The Bistro comprises the main restaurant, a tranquil garden terrace, and a lounge bar. Rumors- An all-day cafe/bar with a sea view that serves from early morning breakfast and coffee to late-night cocktails. (Agiou Panteleimonos 25)

Sardelaki me Thea– For a romantic seaside dining setting, head to Sardelaki, which serves a great selection of seafood mezedes. (Leof Posoidonos 18)

Limanakia Vouliagmeni – Set between the coastal suburbs of Varkiza and Vouliagmeni, by day, you can swim off the rocks and at night you can enjoy a drink as you sit back and take in the Athens Riviera. 

Tip: If you love jumping off rocks we recommend you head to the Piers outside En Plo Café or Sardelaki, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip without the crowds. 

See + Do 

Vouliagmeni Lake- Open year-round, the lake of Vouliagmeni is a stunning limestone cave with underground mineral currents that stay at a constant 24° C. You can find sunbeds and an all-day restaurant that hosts gastronomic evenings (spring to autumn), accompanied by live jazz and orchestral performances, under the illuminated rocks. 

Akti Summer Cinema- Since 1975, from May until late September, the cinema features two films a week (a classic and a recent release) in its courtyard filled with pretty bougainvillea. 

How to get there? 

Vouliagmeni is located only 20km, south of Athens centre. Take the metro from Syntagma towards Elliniko. From there you can either take a 25-minute bus ride on 122 to Vouliagmeni Lake or a 15-minute taxi ride, which is the most convenient and less time-consuming option.
