    REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

    This policy applies to all digital products purchased from IN+SIGHTS GREECE, including Curated Guides and Journeys.

    Change of Mind

    Due to the digital nature of our products, IN+SIGHTS GREECE does not offer refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

    Faulty or Misdescribed Products

    Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable international consumer protection laws.

    You may be entitled to a refund or remedy if a digital product is:

    SHIPPING POLICY

    Digital Delivery

    All products at IN+SIGHTS GREECE are delivered digitally. 

    With Curated Guides Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a download link.

    Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours due to email system delays. If you do not receive your download, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

    With Curated Journeys, once you complete our quick questionnaire, your personalised travel guide will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks.
