At the age of 18, when starting her university degree in Media & Culture, Penny was offered her first role in the industry and began her career at Rupert Murdoch’s News Limited. Since then she has worked as a journalist & editor in both print & online publications, bringing with her 20 + years of experience in magazines. Her utter love for Greece, plus a constant urge to create, innovate & inspire is what led her to launch IN+SIGHTS GREECE.

Theodora Dimitropoulos

Finishing a double degree in International Business and Media & Communications, Theodora pursued a career in fashion buying where she spent the last 6 years travelling to Paris, New York & Milan, working closely with high-end international brands while sourcing the latest trends. Her experience in design, keen eye for detail, sharp sense of style, plus a passion for all things lifestyle make her the perfect fit as Art Director for IN+SIGHTS GREECE.

Alexia Amvrazi

Alexia has lived in Greece for 20+ years, writing & presenting on radio/TV for global & local media, & is co-author of '111 Places in Athens That You Shouldn’t’ Miss'. She grew up in Rome, Cairo & Athens and studied Film, TV & Radio and MA in Mass Communications in the UK. Her international childhood & travels around the world offer her enough closeness & distance from Greece to see both the dream & the reality. Her chief goal as Editor of IN+SIGHTS GREECE is to provide a plethora of in+sightful, in+timate, in+telligent, in+dividual & in+formative perspectives of Greece.

Polina Paraskevopoulou

Polina is a journalism graduate & has a Masters degree in Cultural Management. Specialising in travel and fashion, she is also a Paris Fashion Week Correspondent & a lover of photography. She has collaborated with magazines & websites in Greece, France and Australia. Dividing her time between Athens and Paris, the two city stations of her life, Polina's travels around the world found shelter at lavienblog.com while her Parisian discoveries are at myparisiennewalkways.com.

Stelios Bouras

A journalist for nearly two decades, Stelios has covered everything in the Greek capital, ranging from the politics and the economy to dancing architects and the souvlaki. Writing is his passion. After covering Greece for The Wall Street Journal and Reuters, he is now narrowing in on real estate and architecture. He believes that homes are more than a place to eat and sleep in and that light, design and space shape lives, along with the features of a building. Originally from Melbourne, he knows how to break down complex Greek issues into easy to understand stories for a foreign audience. He writes on real estate and the economy on his blog GreekGuru.net

Maria Petropoulou

Maria is a travel aficionado, journalist and content editor, leaving and breathing words. She is a Greek native, currently living and working in Qatar, always re-discovering life and re-inventing herself. She was born in Athens, studied there and continued with a Masters Degree in London. She also created her travel blog My Landing Runway where you can find all her travel stories and wanderings from around the world.
