At the age of 18, when starting her university degree in Media & Culture, Penny was offered her first role in the industry and began her career at Rupert Murdoch’s News Limited. Since then she has worked as a journalist & editor in both print & online publications, bringing with her 20 + years of experience in magazines. Her utter love for Greece, plus a constant urge to create, innovate & inspire is what led her to launch IN+SIGHTS GREECE.Most cherished spot in Greece? Messinia is my happy place, it’s where my Dad was born.Favourite Greek desserts to make? Alexia has lived in Greece for 20+ years, writing & presenting on radio/TV for global & local media, & is co-author of '111 Places in Athens That You Shouldn’t’ Miss'. She grew up in Rome, Cairo & Athens and studied Film, TV & Radio and MA in Mass Communications in the UK. Polina is a journalism graduate & has a Masters degree in Cultural Management. Specialising in travel and fashion, she is also a Paris Fashion Week Correspondent & a lover of photography. A journalist for nearly two decades, Stelios has covered everything in the Greek capital, ranging from the politics and the economy to dancing architects and the souvlaki. Joanna is an art consultant specialising in international Post-War & Contemporary art. Her work includes art gallery experience, private & corporate art sales, Estate management, art journalism, museum exhibition curating, art book direction, & art consulting. Since 2004 she has co-managed the Estate of her father, the artist NONDA (1922-2005) for which she has organised numerous projects as well as four solo museum exhibitions of his work. In 2001 she founded Morgan Art Consulting in New York City, & later ran the Athens branch, hosting several exhibitions of international contemporary artists. She continues to advise art collectors throughout the US & Europe & currently lives & works in Athens. Greatest Greek Pleasure? Watching the sunset in Sifnos.

Nico, the IN+SIGHTS GREECE wine expert, is an acclaimed author and lecturer on the wines of his native Greece. He was the first ever to publish English language wine guides (The Greek Wine Guide) and books chronicling the renaissance of Greek wine in the mid-90's. He’s a contributor to Decanter Magazine and the Regional chair for Greece and Cyprus at the Decanter World Wine Awards since their inception in 2004. In 2011, he co-produced Lea Binzer's award winning, documentary ‘Pelicans Watch’. Nico travels far and wide discovering Greek vineyards and posting travel notes on his specialised website Greek Wine World greekwineworld.grGreatest Greek Pleasure? Tracing my ancestors steps in the Archives of Corfu. 

After years of yearning for a life in Greece, Gina moved to Athens in 2012, to permanently reside in this small but magnificent country amongst it's irreverent, freewheeling and fun-loving people with their innate understanding of the simple pleasures in life. As the Greeks pulled together to navigate the crisis, she was inspired to stay & put down roots. Gina was raised in New Zealand & has lived in Australia, the UK and the US. She has worked as an actress, copy writer, photographer, & designs & makes jewellery. She is particularly drawn to Greece's legacy of holistic healing, sustainable fashion, arts & design and those who have a positive effect on their communities and the youth.Greatest Greek passion? Being bathed in the colour blue!

A Sydney born writer, Nicola has worked for GQ Australia and lived the startup life in Athens before finding love on the Greek Island of Kythira. Living in Greece for the last six years, you can either find Nicola lying by the beach, shuffling through her research notes or baking something (and by something we mean cake). Favourite Greek word? Meraki (μεράκι). Personally, to do something you love with your heart and soul is one of life's greatest fulfillments. Favourite Beach in Greece? Avlemonas, Kythira. I may be a little biased here, but having explored a plethora of beaches around Greece, none quite compare with the picturesque bay of Avlemonas. 

Born and raised in Tarpon Springs, Florida, US, Athena is not so far from Greek culture. Growing up in a large Greek community has kept her close to her roots and helped her develop a love for the Greek language, traditions, music, history and lifestyle. Having travelled to Greece from a very young age she fell in love with the country and is captivated by the food, the nightlife, the culture, and the lifestyle. The Tampa native is a graduate of the University of South Florida, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. Greatest Greek Pleasure? If you ever want to steal my heart, just treat me to a Sokolatina from Vouros Bakery in Kalymnos.

Christopher is from England but splits his time between the tranquil shores of Lake Leman in Geneva, where he works as a content producer, and the bustling streets of Athens, where he has a small pied-à-terre. His love for Greece is rooted in his childhood growing up in the leafy northern suburbs of Athens, and family holidays and weekends away discovering new islands and idyllic beaches up and down the country. She is a serial traveller and a lifelong experiences seeker who believes travelling is a self-finding pilgrimage. After finishing her PhD studies in Scotland, she worked in various Universities in the UK before moving back to Greece where she currently lives. Founder of a travel blog that made it to the Top 10 Scottish Blogs list, Anastasia has contributed in many travel magazines covering topics related to travel itineraries, luxury hotels and experiences.
